The primary risks factors that can be controlled are inactivity, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stress, nd smoking. You cannot control gender, heredity, and age.
What benefits are gained by exercising?
Help control body weight, improve self control, sleep improvement, improved health, improved muscular strength & endurance, increased energy levels, and increased success in school or job.
What is the relationship between wellness and personal fitness?
They are both a course designed to better yourself to make better lifestyle choices .
What is a personal fitness program(PFP)?
A plan designed where you can choose activites to stay both fit and healthy.

Step 1-Desire
I would like to improve my Flexibility and Muscle strength
Step 2-Belief
If i don't believe in myself i will not be able to fufill my goals
Step 3-Analyze Where You Are
if you don't analyze where you are you will not be able to keep track with where you are
Step 4- Realistic Goals
If your goal is too hard you may get dicouraged and want to give up but if they are too easy you may lose interest.
Step 5- Write your goals in Details
Writing out your goals makes it much easier and helps you clarify what you want to do.
Step 6-List the Benefit You Will Recieve
The more bebfits you list from accomplishing your goals, the greater your desire will make it happen.
Step 7-Identify Obstacles
There will be ostacles in your way trying to stop you from accomplishing your goals but if you identify these obstacles you will be able to avoid these obstacles and do accomplish your goal.
Step 8-Identify Knowledge You Will Need
You will need a certain any type of knowledge that retains to your goals to be able to achieve them
Step 9-Make A Plan of Action
after you collect all the information you need make a game plan and go by it step-by-step so that you can accomplish your goals properly.
Step 10-Develop A Timeline
make a timeline so that you can keep track of how long it took you to reach your goals
Step 11-Monitor Your Progress
Any goals that you set or do should be monitored so that you can determine whether the goal is still reasonable and reachable.
Step 12-Never Give Up
never give up on the goals you set no matter how hard they are, keep pushing forward to accomplishing your goals
